If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following policy:
Return & Exchange Policy
* We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return or exchange.
* To start the return or exchange process, please fill in our contact form on the website. We will then arrange a courier to pick up the item from you, or you can choose to drop it off at our office.
Return & Exchange Conditions
* Items must be returned in original condition, unused, with all original packaging, tags, accessories.
* Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please carefully review product details, sizes, and contact us for any questions before purchasing.
* We cannot accept returns on items that are returned after the 14-day period.
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
International Orders
* For orders outside of Egypt, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot estimate these costs, but your local customs office should be able to provide details.
* International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
