Shipping

Local Orders (Egypt)

Orders within Egypt are typically delivered within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier scheduling, and in some cases orders may arrive sooner than expected.

For local orders, customers are welcome to try on their items upon delivery while the courier is present.

International Orders

International orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the estimated weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.

Returns & Exchanges

We kindly ask customers to check their order carefully upon delivery.

Local Orders

• For occasion and evening wear, we offer only exchanges within 3 days for a different size or another item of equal or higher value. Refunds are not available for occasion and evening wear.
  
• For casual pieces, exchanges or refunds may be requested within 7 days.
• Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

Important Notes

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• In the rare case of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our website contact form, including your order number and clear photos of the item.
